Where can I donate used cell phones?

I am cleaning out the basement and found 3 phones (with chargers, books, and boxes) that are in good condition. I assume they could still be used, even though the cell phone systems are ever changing. Is there a place that will take them? Is it safe to donate them after clearing out all the memory etc?

I want to say that Cincinnati Bell locations will recycle them too. But I'm not 100% sure.

The Skyline Chili on 7th Street downtown has a box inside to collect them. (Not sure if all locations are collecting.....)

A lot of the domestic violence orgs take them--Women's Crisis Center, YWCA, etc.
