Can anyone fill me in on what is going on NOW?! I feel so lost. New EFF'ers need a history book to read or something, geesh! What in the world is going on! I thought this place was relatively tame... am I wrong?

    trolls come out every great once and a while I guess because they get bored.  They try to stir up trouble here.  

    I, truly, do not know the whole story , but I know there were things that went on with Hippi a long time ago

    basically, no one can be trusted.

    i'm not taking sides, just bummed that there is nowhere "safe" to go anymore.

    Ya exactly. This saddens me. I really like it here and everyone seemed not so BSC like the Tri and age boards I was on... *sigh* can't escape the internet crazies I guess. :(

    It's a good reminder that this board is like any other Internet message board.  People are not necessarily as they say they are and you need to be careful about what information you put out there and how much "trust" you place in someone you've never met.  I personally try not to post anything that I would be embarrassed by if my loved ones were to read it, just as a general rule.

    That being said, I've made good friends here that I consider friends IRL and that makes me happy.  =)
