Up & Up formula users

Do you like it? What did you switch from (assuming you switched)? Does it mix well? And which specific one did you choose? Does your baby have colic, reflux, allergies etc?

    We switched from Similac Sensitive so we switched to up and up sensitive.  DS has reflux.  We have no problems with the up and up.

    We switched from Similac to the Up & Up equivilant (blue one) and have had no issues.  DS has no colic, reflux, or allergies.  It mixes well and saves me a ton of money, so we're all happy!

    We just switched from Similac Soy to Parent's Choice soy (PC is manufactured by the same company as and is identical to up & up). DD made funny faces the whole time she was drinking the first bottle of it - I'm sure it tastes different. But after that she took it fine. She's been on it for about two weeks now and it's great! I'm so happy to be saving so much $$!

    It mixes fine as long as the water is warm. It doesn't mix well in cool water. I've found that the PC formula has virtually NO bubbles when mixed, unlike the Similac which had a ton.

    This! He had reflux but appears to have grown out of it.

    We went from BM straight to the Up & Up formulated for spit up (equivalent to Enfamil AR).  I'm switching him to the basic Up & Up version after I'm done with the can we're on since he doesn't have spit up problems nearly as much anymore.

    I use warm water too.  Warm water = warm bottle.

    we have been using up & up since day one. DD has had no issues. We use the purple can which is compared to Enfamil Gentlease. Oh, and MUCH cheaper Yes

    This almost exactly except I have a DD.  I pumped for 5 months first.  She doesn't have any issues with the up and up stuff and I like the savings!

    We started out with the Similac Sensitive but switched to Up & Up soy when DD still had digestive issues with the sensitive formula.  That wasd at about 3 weeks old and she's been good since.

    We love the Up & Up!  We switch from Similac and now we use the green one with the immunse system stuff.  I will say that it doesn't mix the best, but that is a small price to pay for saving so much money.  And yes, every formula I have seen has you mix it with warm water.  HTH

    By FDA regulations all formulas have to meet their criteria, therefore all formulas (generic or name brand) are the same. We use the up & up version of the similac advance. It mixes very well with cool or warm water. If you're using warm water warm it in the microwave and not from the tap. Hot tap water contains reminants of lead from the pipes.HTH!

    We switched from Similac Isomil (soy) when he was about a month 1/2 old.  He had no problems switching.  In fact if I get a really good coupon or sample if Similac I will give that to LO and he has no issues.

    It?s well worth the price difference.
