Bath Fear/dislike

My toddler suddenly hates or is afraid of getting bathed.  For the last month or so bath time has been torture - she will get in it and play w/ her toys, but as soon as we try to wash her, esp. her hair she freaks.  She is hysterical.  Nothing has happened to cause this and I am not sure what I can do to help her get over this.  Any ideas?  Do you think it is just a phase?

    DS went through a phase like for about a week around his first birthday. It went away as quickly as it showed up with no reason for a change. Hopefully it is just a phase and passes quickly for your LO, too!!
