A little confused by CD doublers for overnight

I have mostly fuzzibunz diapers. For more absorbency, would I just buy any old pocket diaper insert and then put two inserts in at night?  Or do I have to buy ones made specifically for fuzzibunz? Or if I used prefolds to add absorbency, would I put a prefold in the pocket or in the diaper (against the skin)? Thanks!

    you can use anything in the pocket as long as it fits.

    i actually just made my own out of some hemp fabric (i just traced around the fuzzibunz insert so they'd be the same size)

    I can't sew, so I just bought some hemp inserts. For overnight I use one hemp and one fuzzi bunz insert, with the fuzzi bunz closest to the baby's bum.

    I've heard that the microfibers wick moisture faster than hemp, but hemp holds more, that the reason for the order of the inserts.

    I also just bought a couple of bamboo inserts because I've heard good things. I haven't received them yet tho!

    OH, and to answer your other question, both inserts go into the pocket together.
