PSA: if you use BG 3.0's

Keep your receipt if you didn't buy from cottonbabies.com. Some of the velcro on my diapers is so ratty and has literally started coming off the front of the diaper. I wrote to cotton babies to see what could be done and they can repair the diapers. However, I have to send a copy of my receipt and I can not find it. My diapers are only 3 months old!

    you can probably call and get it from where you bought it from. Also, check through your e-mails as they probably sent you an electronic one.

    Oh wow, Yeah I have heard this about the velcro on diapers so that is why I have tried to get/use both types of diapers with snaps if they have that option available. GL on the receipt! Now I am going to see if I have mine

    Yeah, I had this problem with a few of mine too, I just emailed jillians drawers and they emailed me a copy of my receipt. I am annoyed too because i love these diapers! I did get 3 4.0's with snaps and I like them, they are really soft and seem to be better quality, but I still like the velcro better, I feel like they have a higher rise than the snaps. GL

    I tried that. They told me to call my bank, which I did but it only shows that I made a purchase at the store- not itemized. I bought them locally so I have a paper receipt, not an electronic one. Bummer!
