I agree. Sports bras are designed to hold your breasts in tighter, so I'd think they could lead to clogged ducts too. Not to mention it would be hard to actually get your nipple out to feed.
Nursing bras are designed to stretch as your size changes since it will change throughout the day as your breasts fill with milk and are emptied. Plus they're have easy access for nursing.
If you don't want to go with a bra, nursing tanks are great. That's all I've been wearing the past week. This way I can keep my stomach covered while nursing too.

I love my nursing tanks! I got mine at Target. If you go now, they might still have some on clearance. I have the brown, navy, pink and black ones. I got the pink one yesterday for $4 and had a $3 off coupon! Score!
