What is best day & time to visit Chuck E Cheese??

I'm debating going today---but not sure we can make it by 9am when they open.  Is it crazy during the middle of the day on a Friday?  How about mid-week during the day??  Early morning on Sat or Sun??

I'm excited---it'll be our first time.

    I've only been a few times with my nephew but it was during the school year.  Since its summer and all of the kiddies are out and about, it might be crazy in the afternoon (especially on a Friday).  I'd try to get there as early as possible if you are inclined to do it today!

    Never.

    I've been to parties there before having DS and DH and I have vowed to never, ever take DS there. The "pizza" is cardboard and the play area skeeves us out big time.
