  We had the BumpyName Orbit labels by InchBug and loved them.

  They stretch to fit around any sippy cup, and are machine washable.  They look as good today as they did when we got them almost 3 years ago!  (We used them for his bottles too.)  We wanted labels that wouldn't fall off or fade when they got wet.
