    A friend of mine is a photographer - she does a lot of weddings and has done some really amazing family/baby photo shoots.  You can see a lot of her work on her website.     He's a bit outside Toronto (Thornhill, to be exact), but David Amoils does great photography.  He did my wedding two years ago, but he specializes in children/maternity stuff.
