We've primarily used Pampers Cruisers (with DryMax) and they are all we will use overnight. We have had leaks with every other diaper we have tried during the night.
For his daytime diapers, I switch between Huggies Little Movers, Luvs and Pampers, whichever I find on sale or have a coupon.
Oh, and when he was wearing under a size 3, we only used Swaddlers. He leaked or blew out everything else.
I checked the non-dry max pampers, but thought I'd go further. For newborn and size 1s we used Pampers Swaddlers. That was before the drymax (and/or right when it came out) so those didn't have it. We loved those - so soft! The newborns had the cord cutout and at the time anyways also had the line down the front that changed colors when he peed.
I tried Up & Up at the same time and didn't like them - I thought they seemed too "papery" next to the soft swaddlers.
Then I accidentally bought Pampers Baby Dry (don't have drymax) and at first didn't like them - they didn't seem as soft. Turns out we LOVE them now. They're also cheaper. I've heard that Up & Up are similiar but haven't tried them again yet.
He's in size 3 so we've also tried Cruisers, but they have dry max. 3 different times he's turned red under everywhere that the diaper touched so I won't use them anymore. I think he just tends to have more sensitive skin anyways.
The huggies diapers don't fit him at all - leaks all the time in them.
We have always used Pampers and had no issues. We started with Swaddlers when she was small and then moved to Baby dry. Now she uses Cruiser with dry max and I like those too. She had one blowout when she was under 3 months and on a car ride home from and hour away...otherwise everything has been great.
We used Pampers Swaddlers when both boys were newborn. Then we moved to the Kirkland (Costco) when they were able to fit in a size 1 (the smallest size is 1-2). We've had a couple blowouts here and there, but I've been VERY satisfied with the Kirkland brand.

Pampers Swaddlers through size 2. Now we use either Huggies Little Movers or Pampers Cruisers (with or without DryMax). I stock up when they're on sale so we switch back and forth. I like the fit of Huggies better (they don't sag like Pampers) and the feel of Pampers (softer than Huggies). We also use either Huggies or Pampers overnights in 2 sizes larger. We've tried Pampers Baby Dry, Luvs and Up&Up but hated them because he leaked and they had an odd pee smell with them.

My favorite changes with the sizes and as Ellie has grown.
For newborn, I liked the Huggies b/c they have the cutout for the cord.
Size 1 and 2, we probably used Pampers Swaddlers the most.
Size 3 and 4, we used Pampers Baby Dry. I never cared for the old cruisers, but the new ones are fine.
Size 5, I prefer Huggies. I'm using the Snug n Dry right now b/c I got a good deal on them, but like the Little Movers better.
