OT: Photo with all the furbabies, tips or suggestions?

Okay, so I've been thinking that a cute way to tell some of our extended family and friends in other states would be with a photo of DH, me and the four furbabies. The only problem is we have a bit of sibling rivalry. There are two dogs (Basenji mix and a Lab mix) and two cats.

 I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for getting the cats to pose (and play) nicely with the dogs? And perhaps ideas for calming down the youngest (our pup Diesel is not yet a year).  

As a last resort, I'm thinking of photoshopping the whole thing together with the help of an art designer/photographer friend. But it would be pretty cool to document the size of the family before baby came along -- plus, I think I've finally convinced DH that the corny Christmas photo card is inevitable!

    I don't have any suggestions for the pets, but I have to agree with you on the corny Christmas photo card! DH has already been cringing, but I'm so excited. Big Smile

    Ha! I work in photography - so my husband couldn't avoid Christmas photo cards even when it is just the two of us.
