  i looked it up for you and it seems that hair bleaching has not been studied that extensively  i would not do it untill you talked to your doctor about it maybe he has more insight

  I asked my doctor about it early in pregnancy and she said it wasn't a problem.

  No hair removing or bleaching cremes in the 1st trimester, and only with OBs okay in 2nd or 3rd.
