we have a wubbanub. She isn't interested in the paci part though. She just sucks on the animal.
I'm trying to find something for DS to have at night so I don't have to keep popping the binki back in at night? Is this worth it for that reason (yeah I know, I need to break him of the binki... but we have enough other sleep issues to work on first:)

I'm a bad one to ask because DD isn't that into her paci. She'll take it sometimes, but overall isn't that amused by it
I know my nephews love their wubanubs though. My SIL had great success using it at night with them.
Not sure of the difference, they look the same to me....we have pacimal, DS loves to just hold it, like pp not so much into the paci anymore, just loves to flop the animal around and keep it next to him when he sleeps (he loves to smoosh his face up against stuff when sleeping so this is a safe alternative for him as it's so lightweight and doesn't completely cover his face)
We have both and DD didn't like either! They both come with a soothie pacifier and DD will only take Nuk pacis. I bought the pacimal with the adapter so you can use any paci but the plastic base and the adapter make it hard for her to get the paci completely in her mouth.
They are a great idea and worth a shot, but they are now in the bin of things that didn't work for us!
We have the Wubbanubb. DD loves it but we don't use it in the crib. She uses a regular Soothie and usually spits it out to sleep (she doesn't need it in to doze off). I love having the Wubb when she is in her car seat because she can manipulate and/or suck on the legs lol!
We made our own for our LO, using a beanie baby and a soothie pacifier. He loves it. We don't give it to him at night because he doesn't use a paci to sleep at night. But its great during the day because he loves holding it and he can control when he wants his pacifier.

My daughter loves to use her wubbanub before going to sleep. She has never liked a pacifier (the only one she would even touch was a soothie), but she loves to be able to hold onto the wubbanub and cuddle with it. She only really uses it right before bed and doesn't use a pacifier to actually sleep. It has been nice too because she can take it out and put it back on her own.
