how often per week can you eat fresh tuna while BF?

my husband got some wild caught tuna steaks from a friend and I could eat it every night. I know that's not ok, but how often is ok? thanks!

I don't eat it weekly but I have had it several times.

My husband fishes so we have it in the house all the time. I limit my intake to once a week and I keep my portion size around the size of a deck of cards. As for canned chunk light tuna if I did not have any fresh tuna in a given week I will have a can of chunk light.
