Nipples & Pacifiers Sizes?

When did you change your nipples and pacifiers?  My LO is just about to turn 3 months and we're still using 0-3 soothies pacifiers & 0+ tommee tippee nipples.

    I never moved from the level 1 nipples with DD and I don't plan on moving up with DS, either.  The slower flow nipples make their jaws work harder for the milk, which is a good thing. 

    As for the paci's, we did move sizes on those according to the package because a smaller paci wasn't satisfying for DD when she wanted to comfort suck.

    We're still on the lowest flow nipples and 0-3 pacis. I purposely never went up in nipples because I had read on Kellymom that bf'ed babies should generally stay on low flow, but the pacis were accidental. We use Soothies and the next size up is a lot harder and he just doesn't like them as well.
