they are called sqwincher sqweeze freezer pops. They are an electrolyte replenishing freeze pop.I was swimming all day and my sister kept giving them to me to keep me hydrated. The amazing thing they took my headache away and made me feel really good considering I'm on so little sleep. I would recommend this to any of you girls who have headaches or m/s.My brother in law works for the railroad and they give these to the guys to keep them safe... bonus is they taste amazing. I would also like to add that at 14 weeks pregnant I can still do flips off the board lol!! Hope you ladies are having a great day!
