When I was pg with Evie I had certain restrictions on "adult activities" so it didn't happen at all from 12 to 30 weeks by doctors orders (placenta previa) and then after 30 weeks it was only a couple times.

This time no restrictions. I have found that after these "adult activities" I tend to have really strong BH contractions. Is this normal?

It is! The "O" is like one big contraction.

totally normal. this is one of the reasons i wasnt in to it. it hurt me! like a menstrual cramp x a million.
