multiple food allergy mamas - come in

Does anyone know of a website for fast food that has a list of allergens?  We're going on vacation tomorrow that's going to include fast food lunches and I was wondering if I'd be able to eat fries or anything.  If it helps and anyone knows offhand,  I don't eat dairy/soy/wheat/gluten.

Thanks!

The fries are almost certainly fried in vegetable oil, which has soy in it.
Your best bet is going to be sticking to salads with oil/vinegar dressing. Unless your LO tolerates soybean oil, which opens up the dressing choices.

    Sucks, doesn't it? I haven't eaten out in 7 or 8 months.

DH and I have spent hours online looking up various food places, and found nothing.  We're going out of town at then end of the month and I'm going to have to pack food for myself for the trip (still figuring out the logistics of that one).

  • He does tolerate soybean oil and lecthin, fortunately.

  • Now, the burger king fries have no allergens listed on the nutritional site.  in the dessert section, wheat and dairy are listed, so can i assume that they're ok?

If soybean oil is ok you should be good with most fries

  • Either BK or McD's fries have gluten in them.  I'm sorry that I cannot remember which one.

  • Five Guys fries are perfectly fine (and delicious!).

I started my elimination diet today to figure out what LO food intolerance are. I know dairy is one of them, from a short term trial. Dairy bothers me too, so I can deal with that, but the crazy few foods I can eat for the next few weeks are driving me crazy. Especially since I'm probably going to have to drive across country for about a week or so during the elimination phase, as my father is about to die.

Sorry, it is just on my mind and had to vent. :D
