AW - weight check at doctor's today for my little peanut

She had gotten down to the 10th percentile when she had her ear infection. She was up to 13th percentile last month, and now she's at the 16th percentile! WOOT! She was 16 lb 13 oz today. Practically chunky! Wink

It's so gratifying to see that percentile go UP after so many months of it going DOWN.

My daughter just dropped from the 75th to the 50th at her 9 month appointment. I was sort of concerned but the Dr. said it was normal for a breastfed baby. I still felt sort of uneasy like I wasn't feeding her enough. At 6 months she was 17lbs 4oz and now she's 18lbs 8oz

I've heard that about BF babies as well. She certainly looks healthy! You always have the cutest siggy pics. Sadie has that little jacket as well, although she only got to wear it once before it got too hot for a jacket. Sadness!

Definitely normal. DS weighed 16 lbs at 4 months, and only 19 lbs at 1 year. Pedi always says that BF babies are chunky babies and slim toddlers, generally.
