I swore I wouldn't do this.

okay I have always told myself that I wouldn't name my child until I meet them.. or at LEAST until I know the sex. but a few weeks ago these two names just popped into my head and I can't stop thinking about them... and DH likes them too.. neither has particular meaning other than we just like them.. but Mark is DH's and FIL's mn.. what do you all think of them?   btw our last name sounds like "payton"

    I don't particularly like either of the names but the way you paired them up with the mn's DOES flow quite nicely.  So kudos to the construction but not to the materials. Stick out tongue

    And it's not like I find either of the names completely appalling or anything, they are just nms.

    I like Delia Mae a lot. I like Wesley but am not crazy about Mark with it. And I'm no help because I can't think of anything to go with it right now. BUT, if you like it, then that's all that matters.

    I really like Wesley Mark!

    The girl name is nms at all though.

    I like Delia Mae a lot! I am not a fan of Mark, but it does flow nicely with Wesley. I LOVE Wesley.

    I like Mark, never been a fan a Wesley, no particular reason, just nms.

    Love them!

    I don't think Mark flows that well with Wesley, but that doesn't really matter much.

    A friend of mine just named his little boy Westley (with a "t") Liam (mn) and I love it. I really like Wesley, but I'm not crazy about it with Mark and I'm not a fan of the name Delia at all. =/

    Delia is NMS, but could see it growing on me. Wesley Mark is cute. =)

    I think that Delia and Wesley are both precious names!! Delia Mae and Wesley Mark are adorable names and strong too... you know how some names are great for babies, but hard to imagine as adults? Well, these ones arent! I love the names!

    Our LO is going to be Wesley Alexander, it wasn't a name I liked to begin with but DH really liked it and it grew on me. I think Mark sounds fine with Wesley too, but I prefer longer names to one syllable names myself.

    I'm not a huge fan of Delia, but it's not a bad name, it's just nms. I do love the mn Mae though.

    I like both of them!  Very nice!

    I didn't want to "name" LO before meeting him either, but we've definitely settled on a #1 choice.  However, we have some back-ups in case we think our first choice doesn't fit when the baby is born.  So maybe you can keep your #1 choices and also have a list of "runner-ups" that you'd be happy with if the #1 choice isn't right?
