Made the roasted broccoli with a twist...yummy!

I knew DH would want some potatoes with dinner so I added some diced potatoes, and it was delicious.  This will definitely be a repeat in my house eventhough Eli refuses to try and like anything new unless it involved chocolate....grrr!

    Ooooh! YUM! We were supposed to have that tonight (with pizza... we're weird.) but we ate separately due to DH's dentist appt, my hair appt and juggling Noah- maybe I'll try it with potatoes tomorrow!

    I lurk on here and I am glad that I do. One reason is definitely bc of Hippi! I love the blog! My husband and I have been feasting on the watermelon mango salsa over chicken. Thanks to you, I am now "creative!" ;)
