Made the roasted broccoli with a twist...yummy!

I knew DH would want some potatoes with dinner so I added some diced potatoes, and it was delicious.  This will definitely be a repeat in my house eventhough Eli refuses to try and like anything new unless it involved chocolate....grrr!

Thanks, ladies, for the great recipe!

I can't link the direct recipe for some reason but here is Hippi's blog and it's the post "TBFKAOP Presents: Oven Roasted Broccoli"

  • Ooooh! YUM! We were supposed to have that tonight (with pizza... we're weird.) but we ate separately due to DH's dentist appt, my hair appt and juggling Noah- maybe I'll try it with potatoes tomorrow!

  • I lurk on here and I am glad that I do. One reason is definitely bc of Hippi! I love the blog! My husband and I have been feasting on the watermelon mango salsa over chicken. Thanks to you, I am now "creative!" ;)
