We are going with the jeep liberty limited and getting the graco snugride which is compatible with it.
Edit: Sorry I forgot to add why. My husband is a big jogger and we didn't want to buy two strollers. This one has a wheel that will lock and unlock so can be used while jogging (although technically it's not a "jogger") and while we're out and about.
I have a valcobaby trimode that can take a variety of infant seats. But since this is our second, it will be used in the doubles mode which doesn't allow for the infant seat. BOB joggers are really nice and they take the snugride.
I prefer jogging strollers because I like to jog/power walk and without air-filled tired and shocks, its hard to do. Plastic-wheeled strollers are really only meant for the mall. Snap-n-go's work well for when you are just running errands.

I don't plan on running with our stroller, I just like it because it works well on city streets and on rough terrain. It also folds completely flat, is lightweight, and is neutral. I do run, but prefer to run without the baby. If I were getting one to run with, I would get the Baby Jogger All Terrain Swivel. It is about $80 more than the one we decided on.
We have the Combi Cosmo DX as our travel stroller and a BOB Ironman as a jogging stroller. I used the Combi Centre DX carseat with the Ironman. It wasn't one of the ones made to work with the Ironman, but it did.
And Jessimurph, if your husband is a big runner I'd have him try the Jeep before purchasing it. I rented it while on vacation for 12 days and HATED running with it. It was great for walking, but really not good for running (IMO).

I'll let him know. We've walked around with it in the store, but I don't think he'll get a chance to actually run with it until we purchase it. Any reason why you hated running with it? Anything I can tell him to look for?
We are ONLY getting a jog stroller. I live in a rural area and run about 20 miles a week. We may purchase an umbrella stroller later but for now I dont think we need it. We are looking at Bob Revolutions and Mountain Buggy Ultras....leaning towards the mountain buggys despite the price. They both are compatable with a graco snugride.

The one we rented just seemed big and clunky (and not sure if you are looking at the same one). Too many accessories that were nice when walking but cumbersome when running. The one we rented had a snack tray that also had a little jeep steering wheel, horn, etc. It had mutiple pockets for storage and a big water bottle/coffee holder/tray for the parent. The wheels were smaller than ideal and were pretty knobby making it more of a burdeon to push. And while the front wheel swiveled and locked it seemed to "shimmy" a lot which was annoying. Again this was a rental so it may have seen a lot of wear and tear.
