All these raves about Costco/Kirkland brand wipes..

Are they more like huggies wipes or pampers wipes?

  • Huggies wipes are stringy for some reason IMO. I like Kirkland better. Thicker and don't fall apart or leave little strings on the bum.

  • We hate them. Il stick to my pampers sensitive. I hate think that are thin, and kinda dry.

  • We love them. They are more like Pampers wipes if I remember correctly. They are thick and soft. We are on our second case of them.

  • I can't speak to the Costco brand but if you are looking for less expensive wipes, I highly recommend the UP&Up (Target) brand unscented wipes.  They are nice and soft, they don't leave fuzz behind and the don't irritate DD at all.
  • I'm a Pampers Sensitive Mama!  ;)

  • i love them. they dont have a weird smell, they smell like water...i know that sounds weird but thats the closest thing i can think of. i think they're like pampers sensitive but better. i've used both huggies and pampers and dont care for either.
  • I find them to be right in between. I think Huggies are way thick and cold (somehow), and Pampers to be thinner. The Costco ones are seriously the perfect thickness and wetness and best yet, they don't smell like baby. I use them to remove eye makeup, as a napkin, etc. We have pkgs in every room of the house! And no, I don't work for Costco or something. ;)

  • This is a really good thread for me! I've been debating on buying them, but haven't because I HATE huggies wipes, and their diapers are compareable to huggies, so I figured their wipes would be too. I use the pampers unscented wipes, but they're still scented like something, I just can't put my finger on it.

I love the Costco wipes. We started with Pampers sensitive, and I found that on really big poops, I was using a TON of wipes.  With the Kirkland ones, I only use two or three.  They're thick, soft, and very gentle.  I'm never using another brand!!

  • I especially love that they are unscented.  I hate the smell of Huggies wipes.

This! We started with Pampers sensitive too, and switched to Kirkland (there was a coupon) and I heard good things, and theres no turning back now! They are fantastic! Especially with the big poopy diapers :)
