DH reaction to my name choice

He said he'd basically give me free reign with this baby since DS is named after his grandfather (within reason). So I tell him I love Oliver for a boy. His response?

"That's olives and liver combined. You hate both those foods. How could you even consider that name?"

Back to the drawing board...

LOL, this. Tell him you have decided to use Oliver as a mn instead and use the first name Brock. Brock Oliver. And see how long it takes him to figure it out.

Yeah...DH does this exact same thing! I liked Oliver and DH even has a grandpa with this name, but his response was "Oliver clothes off." I liked Isabella (not a Twilight fan though) and he said "Isabella ringing?" Boys...they are so mean! :-)
