It wasn't too long ago I was finally able to make the distinction between my own gas and a fetal kick. And then recently, DH was finally able to feel outside kicks (stupid anterior placenta got in the way for awhile there). And last night he started being able to move things resting on my belly! I was laying in bed with my mini netbook computer propped up against my lap and he damn near kicked it off!
So I guess LO does not like things resting on his roof. Glad it wasn't a cup of ice water. Anyone have similar experiences?
Re: Stronger kicks and hiccups
The hiccups were cool at first but now he has them at least 3 times a day and I must say, its getting old. But I do think he has flipped since I feel them very low now and his kicks are more in the rib area. He kicks so hard sometimes I think his foot might come right through my side!
Is that possible? For LOs to break ribs I mean?
Congrats on feeling the first kicks and your husband feeling them too! I remember those first kicks .. such an awesome feeling!
Now they hurt me! But, I can't complain too much! Always good to feel LO moving around!
