A Newbie?s Intro?My story is a little different!

Hi, my name is Ashley and I thought I would introduce myself!

I am almost 25, met my DH 6 years ago and we have been happily married for going on 4 years now. We have two beautiful kiddos, DS is 3 and DD is 8; which if you do the math-she was a life altering SURPRISE! (But I don?t know where I?d be without her)

My story is different from most of you. I recently graduated with my Bachelors degree and due to me graduating and DH making a drastic career change; I had to go to work. I was lucky enough to be a SAHM for three years and although it?s only been a few weeks, I?m having a hard time coping with leaving my ?baby boy? at DC. I feel so alone sometimes because all of my friends are SAHM?s and can?t relate. I am so happy to have found a place for support! I know most of you have little babies and are just going back to work, I hope to learn a lot from you guys! DH and I will soon, very soon be TTC #3! We are waiting it out so that #3 is not born during tax season (Tax Accountant) and I want to have been with the firm at least a year-for a better ML.

Thanks for reading and I?m sure I?ll need to vent soon! (I?m new and all the ?crap? work seems to ALWAYS find my desk, Why?)

    Hi Ashley! Welcome! My friends are mostly SAHMs, too. It's nice to share experiences with the variety of WMs here.

    Welcome to the board, Its great here. I completely understand the stresses I have an 8yr old, 7 yr old and 3 month old. Never been a sahm but its always been hard for me to leave them. I love my daycare providers and its easier now than before. It will get easier I promise
