My two year old is 30 lbs, 34 inches and over the last month has suddenly started leaking constantly out the legs of his BG 3.0s. I have stripped them multiple times, haven't used any new detergent in years and they are still leaking.
I know they're suppose to go to 35#, but DD outgrew them around 2.5 but thankfully potty trained about that time so it didn't really matter. I just realized that DS now weighs two pounds more and is two inches shorter than DD was at two so I'm thinking that he has just outgrown the BG.
The other problem is that I need aplix since DH and my ILs don't do snaps. Any suggestions?
TIA!!
Re: Aplix pockets for a larger toddler?
We switched to toddler prefolds and Happy Heiney's pockets. DS is 35# and 37" -- and sadly, has no interest in PL right now.
HH work much better for a bigger toddler, in my experience.
DS has a few Happy Heineys large pockets that are plenty big - the aplix reaches completely to the middle (whereas he's near the edge on his BG AIOs)
