  I use Picasa. You can actually upload to web albums at the same time you download the pics to your computer if you don't need to do any corrections.

  even if you did need to make corrections, you can sync folders to your web albums and when you make changes they will automatically be re-uploaded.

  Flickr.  That way I can delete later if I want.  I haven't figured out how to do that with tinypic.
