  yes, definitely.  this was my very first symptom, and i thought i was nuts b/c it started days after conception.  now, they are still sensitive, and i occasionally poke them as reassurance that i am still pregnant.  i know, i am crazy

  Yep! I had the sore nips for a few weeks before the whole boobs started hurting.

  Yep! But then again my nips would always get sore before AF so it was nothing out of the ordinary for me.

  Who knows what it is for me!  Just thought I'd ask since I've never had nipple pain like this, but got a BFN.  Maybe I'm too early.  Thanks for letting me ask on this board!

  I do this!! lol...they aren't as bad, but they are still sore and they are never sore for this long.

  I've had this for months before the bfp. I was going to ask the doctor the next time I went..but I guess I'll ask them when I go for my first appt.
