Natural Yeast Infection Remedies?

Anyone know which herbal yeast infection remedies are safe during pregnancy? I've left messages with my OB and doula but haven't heard back yet. Thanks! :)

    The only one that I know of is yogurt. As in inserting yogurt. Basically you freeze some plain (must be plain, any sugar in there and you're going to make it worse) and insert. As it breaks down it (apparently - I have no first hand experience) will just absorb so you're not left with a huge goopy mess. You can also dip a tampon in it if you have any on hand.

    Vinegar.  I know it doesn't sound pleasant.  I used vinegar on my nipples for thrush and my sister had a yeast infection that was awful and she just got a wet washcloth and put some vinegar on it.  She said it stung pretty bad, but cured it completely.
