constantly acts like he wants to eat

then falls asleep on the boob after 5 min. I try to give him the paci first to see if he just wants to comfort suck but he insists on the boob. I swear I am whipping it out like every hour and a half

    Could be a growth spurt. Or could be that your flow has slowed and he gets frustrated. At that age, I swore Ean was BF every hour and he would only eat for 5 min a side. But he gained beautifully.

    It was sometime around that age that DS learned how to eat faster- he went from taking half and hour to an hour at a feeding, and then was suddenly done after 10 minutes. Also, could be a growth spurt like pp said (my DS still has a lot of days when he eats every hour or 2).

    I feel the SAME WAY! My DD has been doing this lately- it does make you feel like a milking cow, huh? :) Hang in there! That's all we can do for now! GL!
