I have been wearing either nursing bras or nursing tanks to bed since giving birth. I really find them uncomfortable since I never wear bras to bed. Does anyone have any other suggestions on what might work and be a little bit more comfy?
I like my Medela nursing bras. I wear them with breast pads and then pajama tops that button down the front and I leave them partially open for easy access. The bras are think and very easy to move over when necessary for nursing.
You could try a sleep bra, but I doubt that would be any better. They don't have any snaps or hard parts on them.
I used to sleep naked so wearing anything to bed sucks for me. But I find the nursing tanks to be easiest to deal with. I had issues keeping sleep bras in place.
Bravado Body silk bra (most comfy bra ever) or Bravado original bra. Usually with a deep v neck t-shirt or tank that I can just pull down to nurse. Don't sleep in nursing tanks, can't stand the things (I hate the whole uni-boob, squished together thing).
I wear a sleeping nursing bra to bed. It's microfibre and very comfy. I have to wear a bra to bed or I'd be changing the sheets in the middle of the night.
I used to wear a sleep bra to bed with washcloths folded in them- I was a very heavy leaker. I know don't wear anything to bed anymore. When I nurse him at 5am I have a towel close by to hold to the breast he is not nursing from.
