Eclipse and True Blood poll

Dh and I just finished watching Eclipse.  I enjoyed it.  I think Bella needs to hook up with Jake. I thought it was better than the others in the series. 

But do you know what I like even better??? True Blood!  I have yet to see the episodes since the new season, but they are recorded and waiting for me.

Which storyline do you like better Twilight or True Blood?

    The movie like the twilight books are slowly getting better and I am excited for the final 2 movies.  I like true blood also but i am not obsessed with either one.  What I would really love is for more movies from the Anne Rice Vampire Cronicles or the Witches (forgot what their names were)!!!  I am sad that I read all her books in such a short amount of time and wish she came out with more.

    Yeah Eclipse is the best of the three. The books are much better imo. I love TB!! I'm soooo disappointed there wasn't an episode this week! I like both for different reasons.

    So I am a huge TB fan...make sure I am home to watch every episode and I have read all of the books.  Not so much a Twilight fan...and here is why.  I saw the first movie with my girlfriends and we were basically the oldest in the audience.  The movie was made for the teeny bopper crowd and with that...it felt like a lot was missing.  I have heard the other movies are becoming more adult...but I am torn.  If they are on HBO or On Demand I may watch but I didn't want to sit in the theater.  As for TB...you get hot guys, the vampire and werewolf thing, and you get an adult story line...much more up my ally!

    Hope I did not offend anyone.  Just my opinion!

    I like them both - this is a tough call! I read all of the Twilight books really fast and I also own all of the books that TB is based on, however, I can't seem to get through them.... So I think I like the Twilight books better than the movies and the TB shows better than the books.

    I like the Southern Vampire Series way more than the Twilight books. However, I am not pleased with what Alan Ball has done with TB so I'd have to say I like the Twilight movies better.

    The 800,750,221 side stories that take up 80% of each episode make me stabby. I understand that they need some filler to make the show last more than 6 weeks, but I just don't give a crap about Arlene's issues or Sam's white trash parents.

    I don't watch either one.  I just don't really get it...but I guess I'm an old school Buffy/Angel fan, so that makes it harder.
