Lots of Cramping?

So yesterday I got checked for dilation and nothing I am closed thats all she told me(appt at 230ish). Last night I walked the mall for about a hour and went home around 1130 I started feeling like crap cramping and so fourth.. what could it have been?

    A combination of messing with your cervix and walking. The whole last month of pregnancy is full of odd pains and sensations as baby runs out of room. Make sure you are drinking enough water!

    It's the joy of having your internal done...it's very common to experience some cramping and possibly spotting afterwards.  Agree with pp though -- be sure you are drinking a lot of water!
