Good afternoon ladies!

I heard stories about how horny some pregnant woman are, but all the contrary is happening to me. I never feel like having sex and since we found out we are expecting, we almost dont have sex.

Is the same happening to you?

Still interested, just doesn't happen as often as DH would like for it to. All of the cramping that comes along afterward is enough to make me stay away for more than a couple of days.

I never feel like it anymore at all. I'm trying to once a week at least so the husband doesn't go insane

He's been pretty understanding, but I know it's bothering him.

I definitely do not see an increased sex drive at all, but DH needs it several times a week, so sex it is. I could definitely do without for awhile, LOL!

I don't have a big interest in it. It as important to do it for me for my H. However, I had bleeding tuesday night which led to an ER visit so no sex till we follow up next week.

dh and i are bunnies. how do you think we got into this predicament? too many martinis + mind blowing sex + charting to avoid = BFP.

I feel like it during the afternoon when I am most awake and on top of my game. Of course, DH is at work. By the time he gets home (usually 9pm) I am nauseous and in bed...

I feel best in the morning... so that has been the only and few times we have done it by night i am miserable and its a big fat hell no...

But!!!! the 2nd Tri is when the sex drive really goes up!!! I am SOOOO looking forward to the 2nd Tri!

After reading this, im looking forward for 2nd tri also! I hope it really goes up, cause I really like sex, but I dont feel like it and it scares me

Not interested at all. My sex drive never increased last pregnancy either. Well until the very end when I was trying to hump the baby out

I'll start giving it up occasionally though for DHs sake as soon as I'm sure I'm not going to barf on him.

With DS I wanted it all the time. DH was in heaven. But after 2 m/c's and quite a bit of spotting with this pregnancy I have been quite reserved in the sex department. I've also been a lot more nauseas with this pregnancy than the others so I think that is playing a big role in my lack of desire as well. Hopefully the nausea will clear up soon and I will have a great appt next week to set my mind at ease so I can resume my extra curricular activities!

Ugh I have totally NOT been in the mood, and that is weird for me!! I figure my body is busy trying to grow a human, so it should get a little leeway right now. But I hope the sex drive comes back in the 2nd tri!

My sex drive hasn't changed. Only thing that worries me is after orgasm, I get really bad cramps. I have no idea what this means and too embarrassed to ask my doctor.

Yes please! Sex drive is slightly up - biggest change is we are now having sex in the afternoon or right after work instead of bedtime because I am too tired then.

That would be a no for you, I don't even think sex sounds good at ALL. Plus I guess I feel like if I do something bad might happen even though I kno wit won't. So no sex here yet, maybe later

I want to but the nausea is keeping me from following through. Ick!

They say the 2nd tri is the "sex-mester" so hopefully that's true this time around and the nausea will be gone by then!

We do only about once a week I think if we didn't have a little girl who hates bedtime it would happen a lot more! By the time we have quiet time we are both generally exhausted!

No sex for us right now, my poor DH. I have not been in the mood. The only time for sex is at night, he gets up two hours before me for work, and I'm dead tired and just want to go to bed. DH is a sweetheart and doesn't complain. Hopefully when we get into the 2tri things will look up.
