The way I understand it, you pick out the bear and what clothing you want and the kids have to use those. It would keep from spending more than you want. You can just do the bear too. I was thinking a cheap $6-12 outfit and a $10 bear.

This is exactly why I am doing a party. For $150ish I can get 6 bears and clothing. I figured find 4 kids, then Allie and I have a bear each. lol

I have this weird, unfounded fear of cotton, and I can't walk into the Build A Bear store b/c of the creepy cotton machine.
