Over the past few days I've noticed Holden's left leg "falling asleep" a lot. At first I didn't understand what was wrong, but I noticed that after he is sitting for a few minutes he will have a hard time standing up and will make an pained face when he tries to put pressure on it. This morning when he woke up he couldnt even straighten his left leg out for a good 20 minutes, I actually had to move it and massage it before he could bring his knee down away from his chest. Then tonight while I was making his dinner he was sitting on the floor playing with some toys and I noticed he was making a pained face, I just thought he was tired but when I walked over to him I could see that his entire left leg was grey and his foot was a light purplish/grey color and he couldnt move it again, I massaged it and moved it for a few minutes and the color came back but now I'm worried...
Has anyone else's lo had this problem? Is it a normal toddler issue, or should I make a pedi appt?

this...hope all is ok.
Oh, I meant to add that there have been no falls or injuries lately, and when its not acting up he runs around on it just fine. But in other random leg injury news, my dog has been limping around favoring her rear left leg as well! Looks like I'll be calling the pedi AND the vet tomorrow!
