When did you start going to the doc every 2 weeks?

I wasn't expecting it for another month, but apparently now's the tiem to start...I had an appointment this afternoon and kinda got worried when she said I needed to come back in two weeks.  Is this normal?  Did I miss this part of the "guide" concerning dr's visits?

 

Oh - and good news that the weebit's kidney is still dilated (no change actually), but the "normal" range is wider, so it's less concerning. May still have to see a urologist but they'll do one more check at 36 weeks to see...

    I kinda wish mine didn't until then because I'm starting a new job on the 19th (yikes!) and have to go in that Friday (they wanted me to come Tuesday the 20th and I was like...uhhh, not happening....). My new employer KNOWS I'm pregnant, but I thought the every-two-weeks wouldn't start until later, and by then I'll be on a later schedule and have my mornings free without disrupting anything.

    I mean, if there was something going on, or anything like that, I wouldn't hesitate...I just wasn't expecting it!

    I think I started at like 24-25 weeks (but they were monitoring C's growth).

    I'll start at 28 weeks, and then once I hit 34 or 36 weeks, it'll be once a week.

    I also start at 28 weeks, but you should be able to talk to your provider and ask them to do every 3 weeks because of your new job, or every 2.5 weeks or something.  As long as your pregnancy is healthy, they should go for that.  If not, just call and resched your appointment for later - they probably won't even notice.
