How hard is it to sew PUL??

Will it gunk up my machine or anything? I want to make a few small wetbags for my diaper bag and found some PUL at a really good price on Etsy. I am a pretty beginner sewer, but I would think it has got to be pretty easy to make a wetbag, but I dont want to ruin my machine.

Joanns now sells PUL in their stores in lots of colors. Combine it with a 50 or 40% off coupon and its super cheap for a lot of PUL. Its like $10/yard I think.

I have made a couple wet bags and I highly recommend using a walking foot. I trired sewing PUL with out one and it sticks to the foot and scrunches up the fabric. With the walking foot= super easy.

I forgot to say about sewing on PUL: Use a piece of tissue paper on top of the PUL side when you're sewing. When you're done just rip of the paper and you don't nee any special foot. (Though a walking foot would do the job - tissue paper is probably cheaper)
