12-18 month toy/gift recs? (sure this is asked a lot - SORRY!)

Trying to find some great toys for my LO's 1st birthday - things that will grow with her from 12 - 18/24 months.

What are your favorites?

Also looking for unique gift ideas...we have lots of 1 year old parties to go to and I love finding a unique non-toy gift!

    Cozy Coupe is a big fave.  DS LOVES it.  We take the floor out and he practices climbing in and out of it and opens and closes the door.  Otherwise we push him in it (with the floor).

    DD loves her water table. We got the Step 2 Artic Splash table. She also loves her Little Tikes Cozy Coupe. We push her down the sidewalk and she gets a big smile on her face and goes "wheeee...."

    DD also loves the cozy coupe... and balls are a big hit right now too. She loves books, especially lift-the-flap books (Karen Katz books are her favorite). She also received a picnic table and a wagon that will be used for years to come.
