Diaper rash cream and CD

Without thinking I put Weleda rash cream on DD and then put on a fuzzi bunz instead of a disposable. Do I need to wash this diaper separate?  Do I need to strip it?

On a related note, how do you treat diaper rash and still use CD?  I saw a prior post with a website link, but am curios what you personally do.  Thanks!
