Everyone keeps saying "I am sure you are enjoying mommyhood!"...

...well, I am not. Of course I am totally in love with my DS. But this AR has gotten the best of me by far. We are both in tears every morning. I cant comfort him. He eats and throws it back up. I feel helpless. I feel like I should be able to enjoy this time home with him and as a new small being but its so hard to. :-(

    I wouldn't say I enjoyed it until we got his reflux under control and he started social smiling and smiling when I talked to him.  So maybe around 7-8 weeks old?

    I agree, DS was awful from 2wks old to 7wks old. Now that we finally have his meds regulated he is a happy baby again... Nosw i have to go back to work :( it gets better, I promise!

    Try some Karo syrup and Rice cereal in his bottle, Just enough to thicken the formula. It worked wonders for our daughter.
