c-section moms sexy time? (TMI)

ok so I'm 6 weeks pp (haven't had my check up yet) and the DH and I tried to have sexy time. It hurt SO bad and I made him stop when he was only 1/2 in me. I've been totally done bleeding for about a week and 1/2. Well after our sexy time fail I was walking into the kitchen to clean and felt a gush so I went to the bathroom to find a sizable amount of blood in my underwear so I'm wearing another pad now. Did anyone else have this? Should I call my Dr. or wait for my check up next week? Sorry for the TMI, I'm just hoping this is normal.

    That doesn't sound normal to me.  They way you say the blood gushed makes me think you need to call your doctor.  My first "sexy" time was a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad.  I would definitely call your doctor in the morning.

    I was just lurking but I had 3 c-sections and that is not normal at all. You should call your doctor and never have sex before your check up. Something could be wrong inside that you dont know about and that could harm you. monitor your bleeding and make sure that if you start hurting or anything feels out of the ordinary you go to the E.R. Be safe.
