very sweet and unexpected gesture

i received a care package today from my sister-in-law with a card and treats (tea, chocolate, etc.).  very sweet, and even more so because she tends to be kind of flakey.  so thoughtful--sometimes people can really surprise you in good ways!

Aw, that is very sweet!! My SIL surprised me too, but then I haven't heard from her since the funeral.  I guess her changed behavior was a fluke. Surprise

That is so sweet and thoughtful.  It's amazing how I even appreciate the smallest gesture, like people just checking in to see how I'm doing.
