1 month olds - feeding ?

How much formula is your one month old taking at each feeding? How often do they eat? Just wondering when I should start increasing DD's bottle. Right now I use a 4oz Drop in bottle and usually fill it the entire 4 oz. Sometimes she takes it all, sometimes not. I wonder if she would take even more than 4oz if she could and when I should maybe try giving her 5 oz??

    My DS will still only eat 2-3 oz. at a time.  He eats every 1-2 hours otherwise he spits up or won't finish.  I would think 4 oz is a good amount to stay at for a 1 month old.

    DD is at 3 oz every 2-3 hours during the day... at night she can go anywhere from 3-5 hours at 3 oz between feedings.  We've tried giving her 3.5 oz but she spits up alot then.
