Please tell me this m/s will eventually go away

Pretty please?  All I can eat lately is saltines and popsicles.  Some days are better than others but lately it's been really intense.

It will go away:) And hopefully you will have a few good days sprinkled in with the bad! I've had m/s with all 3 pregnancies...And it is hard. Yesterday I had mild nausea most of the day. Today I'm feeling really rough. It helps me to eat something small every 2 hours and drink to stay hydrated. I have a prescription for zofran for the really bad days. I also buy the preggie pop drops or mint candy. Chewing gum helps me sometimes too.

Hang in there! Talk to your OB if you feel like it is so bad that you are not eating or drinking enough.

It should go away in the 2nd tri. Very few ladies have to deal it with through their entire pregnancy. Your OB can help you if you feel you are physically suffering too much.

Hope it goes away in a few weeks for you. I had m/s up until 16 weeks.

it will go away. unfortunantely, in my first pregnancy, it didn't go away until roughly 17-18 weeks. i was puking 6-8 times a day, everyday for the first 17 weeks. it was pretty much hell on earth. i feel your pain.

Have you tried wearing sea-bands?  I wouldn't have believed that they could work until I experienced it myself.  I had terrible m/s (and still do if I dont wear them)... they really help!

It'll go away... for most people, it seems like somewhere around 12-14 weeks. Mine went until 18 weeks, which sucked, because there were like a million posts about feeling great again and mine just draggggged on. But it did end eventually, and you will appreciate food again in a whole new way!

Mine has eased up significantly in this past week.  I still threw up this morning but I don't feel nauseated all day long..just for a bit in the morning and then it's 90% better than it was..

Mine has eased up this week - it was awful for a week, this week has been tolerable (the Sea-Bands have helped SO much).  I'm really hoping this isn't a week-long break and then it comes back in full force. I can deal with one week of really bad nausea if it is better after! But I'm not that far along so who knows.

If you haven't tried the Sea-Bands, do. They're not that expensive and have done wonders for me.

It will go away.  With DD, I had it from 6-14 weeks.  With this pregnancy, it started at 4.5 weeks and was really bad last week.  It's not gone, but the last 2 days have been much better for me.  For fluids, I can only keep Sprite down, but it's better than nothing.  I have also found that eating Cream of Wheat in the mornings helps.  I hope you feel better soon!

It eases up and goes away.  I'm about 10 weeks and I can say over the last couple of days its gone from 24 hour queaziness to moments of really bad and other times feeling okay.  I'm hoping it will ease up all the way in a week.
