DaVinci Emily Crib

Has anyone purchased this crib or furniture? I am just trying to get feedback about it, since I am thinking about ordering it. I saw that is was #3 on the Consumer Reports list...

    this is the crib we got for DS and i absolutely love it. i could not have made a better investment.

    We purchased the DaVinci Emily crib because of the safety reviews on consumer reports. We LOVE this crib! It was very easy to put together and it is a beautiful crib. We ordered it through BRU and got the Twilight mattress (approx. $99) for free. The only issue we had was the hardware didn't make it into the box :( We called the crib manufacturer and they shipped the hardware out and we got it 2 days later. So, overall we are very happy!

    I have it for my daughter who is 3 1/2 now. It is still in great condition. She's using it now as a toddler bed. I've owned 2 other cribs. 1 that was recalled after she was only a few months and we replaced it with this one and one that we bought for my son. This is by far my favorite of the 3.

    Thanks for your responses. I think I am going to order it! I've read some reviews about the crib scratching easily, so I plan to buy crib rail protectors to take care of that. Also, I read some reviews that people say the matress didn't fit well, so I am planning on buying the Emily crib matress so I know that it will fit well.

    We also have it, and hav the Davinci Twilight mattress, and it fits perfect.  I don't know if there is a price difference between the matresses, but the Twilight mattress is really nice.
