NBR/NDR: Wood floor /window treatment recs

NDR = Not Drama Related, of course

I need your recs for flooring companies (looking for wood floors) and window treatment companies - blinds or whatever. Got anything good for me?

    we just had blinds installed and they were great!

    we were in a rush and they had them for us very quickly.

    We used BLue Marble Company for our flooring. They did a good job but only after I made them make corrections for my perfectionist personality.

    My IL's introduced us to Robert and Julie Peoples at Floor Coverings International when we did carpet in two bedrooms upstairs.  They do all types of floors though, and Bob will come to your house with a truck full of samples so you can see what they look like in your house.  We couldn't have been happier with the service we received from start to finish.

    +1 for Floor Coverings International; they tore out the disgusting 1985 peach carpet in the living room, dining room, halls and 3 bedrooms of the house I bought last year and put in wood floors + bedroom carpet.  The Peoples were easy to work with, had quality products, and quoted me a good price.

    Floor Centers of Texas installed our wood floors and tile in our 2nd bathroom.  Highly recommend!
