Translation: Crap, we better order some of that PUL right quick before we get stoned. Why don't they love the stellar new pastels???
I wonder if they're all in their offices in St. Louis, scratching their heads and wondering why everyone is kind of peeved and disappointed.
I think the build up was a bit much, but it's pretty much what I expected. I'm very happy with the changes. From a person that has changed a ton of elastic in these things, it's such a big improvement! Oh man.

Poonico - I haven't ever had any issues w/ the elastic, although I have replaced our hook & loop, so hopefully that really truly is better.

lol, I too was confused by why they would make more pastel colors, especially such muted ones. They aren't so hot IMO.

Glad you posted this Poonico as I was going to go ahead and use my voucher for a ribbit organic but I'll hold off a little while longer than in case they release the new colors before the coupon code expires.
I think I'm still okay with picking up a few more small sized FB in their cute, bright new colors. Even if the FBs are MIC. I may get a 4.0 though just because I like to try them all.
DS #3 diagnosed at birth with panhypopituitarism - lack of pituitary function. He is treated with thyroxine, hydrocortisone, growth hormone and testosterone.
Has anyone seen the latest post on their FB page? Some nut job is backing up the pastel choices because that's what God would want, and by putting our babies in colors we are encouraging people to stare at their butts and make them grow up so fast.
I saw this on their page and I'm so glad that they're bringing them back. Of course when they discontinued it, they never said it was temporary which of course made me buy some more. Argh.
I actually loved the 3.0. They lasted 2 years with no issues at all on DS. I never had to replace any elastic, laundry tabs, or velcro. And I mostly dry in the dryer. They also still fit my 2.5 year old even though he's pted now but he is on the smaller side in terms of weight. I don't know if they'd last another 2 years on a second child though. I do have friends who have them and theirs haven't worn as well. The only thing I did was stop using the microfiber inserts after 6 months or so and switched to cotton prefolds to help with the stinkies.
Oh and not sure if anyone was into cloth diapering and using BGs when they came out with the 3.0 and if they made the same fuss about them. I know the differences between the two were not that great either.

I agree with all of the above PP too :-)

I can drive over there and find out. Honestly, they've always seemed like a few bananas short of a bunch.
